Of course, having car problems and facing the bill is never fun. But, what you are really interested in is having someone be honest with you about the problem and actually fixing it and getting your car running again. I also appreciate the honest conversation about another issue on my old car that I chose not to fix. I also appreciate being able to make the appointment online.
