Installed new interstate battery in our 2013 Altima, Trouble light stayed on for about a week. Called BAandT for an appointment, "remove the negative connection, reconnect in a couple hours, if that does not correct the problem, then call us back". Yahoo problem corrected. Several years ago our 2012 Frontier V6 4X4 would only go into netural or reverse, cold call to BAandT, told them about the problem. "Have it towed down we will take a look". Filled out work order, thinking what is this going to cost? Since new I have driven the Frontier downshifting / upshifting like it was a stick. "The plate that secures the shifter to the trans was loose, we inspected inside all was ok". BAandT could have replaced a bunch of internal stuff and I would have not been the wiser, could have been hundreds of not thousands of $$$$. BAandT are old school in their workmanship and ethics. We are so blessed to have their professionalism just minutes away.

Paul and his whole team were very helpful. They diagnosed and solved my issue in just a few days and had my car back to me in great shape. Definitely recommend.

This place is so legit Chevy told me I needed a new transmission so I took it to these guys to see the price and I was told that my transmission was great nothing wrong so great full of there honestly and didn’t get over on me for a transmission that I didn’t need great dudes
