Broadway Automotive & Transmission confirmed that the plug was loose, tightened it, cleaned up the leak. and topped off the transmission fluid. They only charged me their minimal $150 fee for an assessment. They had my car ready n the same day that I dropped it off. Fast, friendly, and honest service!
