My Honda Fit had been leaking transmission fluid for a long time. Broadway Automotive & Transmission confirmed that the plug was loose, tightened it, cleaned up the leak. and topped off the transmission fluid. They only charged me their minimal $150 fee for an assessment. They had my car ready n the same day that I dropped it off. Fast, friendly, and honest service!

Great experience on all counts. Easy to make a routine checkup appointment for one week out. Arrived on time and was quickly checked in. Shop is clean, orderly, and well stocked. They clearly do a lot of business- a good sign. They completed my maintenance work, and confirmed nothing else needed. Done in a day. Easy to deal with. I will be going back.
