They were friendly and professional. Accomodating. I really felt I could trust their advice even though in my case the advice was that I should probably call pick a parts to have it towed. I will certainly recommend them.

Great experience! Went in thinking I needed work done due to the amount of miles I had on my car. Left my car with Paul and later got a call letting me know nothing needed to be done for another 50k miles. Other places I’ve been would have just charged me anyways. Paul was very knowledgeable, genuine, and honest! Definitely has my business and will be my recommendation to anyone if they ask if I know a guy.

I have been coming to Broadway Auto and Transmission for a couple years. I appreciate the courteous, no-nonsense approach and good advice. I have an older car, and Paul talks through the repairs to make sure I am comfortable and so that I know what is going on. I have confidence that the work done at this shop is being done the right way. That is the bottom line for choosing a garage. They will fix the problem correctly.

This place was recommended to me by another mechanic that had his transmission in his truck repaired there. For transmission work, no better available. Not even dealer. Shop impeccably clean. GMC 2500 hd duramax. Allison Trans. Diagnosed and repaired transfer case. Fast. Efficient. 23 yrs in biz. Paul knows the business. Wonderful experience for having major truck repair.

We were having transmission problems on a 1995 GMC Sierra after it was stolen and recovered. We feared we were facing a $3,500 + transmission replacement. It turned out to be a broken NO sensor that was affecting the computer controlling the shifting. Once a new sensor was installed the truck ran like a champ, for a bottom line bill of $316.67. What a relief. And what a blessing to be working with an honest vendor because if he had told us that we needed a new transmission we wouldn't have know the difference. Highly recommended. What can't I give them 10 stars?!?!

Called because the Maintenance Required light was on in my car. Despite being short-staffed due to COVID they were able to get my car in, taken care of, and back to me with their usual high standard of work and cheerful attitude. Paul is super kind, extremely knowledgeable, and happy to explain what is going on. Thank you all for your routine terrific work on my car!
