I have used the services of Broadway Automotive for about 15 years. The owners and staff are consistently professional and they communicate well with me.

My transmission suddenly failed and was “dead”. It could not be saved after 175K miles. I found Broadway Automotive and Transmission online. They have so many stellar reviews, I figure they couldn’t have that many friends to write all those reviews. I called and spoke with Paul and knew I’d be i great hands and I was indeed. The process was painless,, very friendly and extremely efficient. Within one week, my vehicle was back on the road and better than new. The place is a gem and they are very knowledgeable and fair. Based on my experience, you won’t go wrong. Thanks to the entire crew. It was a pleasure.

Paul took care of a misfire problem for me this week on my old Honda. He had a busy week, but managed to find some time to service my vehicle. I have been using this shop for perhaps 7 years, and I get professional and courteous service every time.

Broadway Automotive and Transmission has been my auto shop for about 5+ years now. We have an old car, a 1998 Honda, that we want to keep going. So, stuff is going to happen. It is important to have a mechanic you can rely on who can find and fix the problems and give good advice about the course of action. Paul is that guy. I really appreciate the service I get here. And, as a bonus, Paul is a good dude with a cheerful and helpful attitude. Nobody loves having to pay money to get a vehicle repaired, but having a good mechanic doing the job properly helps take the sting out of it.
