This review is long overdue. I have been taking my car to Paul and his crew at Broadway Automotive for going on 10 years now for maintenance and repair. Paul and his staff are very professional and pleasant to work with. Paul always gets back to me quickly to communicate the status of the work on my car. The turn around times are always efficient as are all the maintenance and repairs they perform on my car. I highly recommend Broadway Automotive & Transmission.

My 11 year old Ford Transit was having trouble shifting from 1st to 2nd. San Leandro Ford checked the computer codes and advised buying a new $6,000 transmission. Broadway Automotive checked the computer and saw the same codes, but interpreted them differently. They replaced a sensor that cost less than $100. Transmission works great. Broadway Automotive is the BEST!

I had such a wonderful experience here! I will definitely be using this shop anytime I am having issues with my car and will be referring this place to anyone that is having car issues. I brought my car in because of transmission issues. Paul helped me find out that my car actually had a recall/extended warranty and suggested bringing it to Nissan to be repaired under the warranty, saving me thousands (and thousands) of dollars. This is an honest and caring business!
