A little more than a year ago, the transmission in my 2005 Honda Civic Hybrid failed. Accordingly, I started researching the best way to proceed as every transmission shop, from the dealership down to local shops and mechanics wanted thousands of dollars to replace it. And when I started looking at the reviews for the shops, I was very disheartened. You see, I have one of those new-fangled cars, that have "special" equipment, my transmission being one of them. Thank goodness I ended up at Broadway Automotive. From the tow to keeping me safe and happy ever since, they have given me great customer service, for fair prices. I am a happy camper and feel safe knowing I can count on them.

Very happy with the results from Broadway Automotive. They are very trustworthy and don't tell you that you need do more than what the best fix is. They are super friendly and explain everything. It's also within walking distance to Bart. I definitely recommend them.

Paul rebuilt my transmission years ago, and most recently performed maintenance on it significantly below the quote from my regular mechanic. Recommended by the nice Shell station folks at Wildwood and Grand Ave., I was happy to learn that the shop is close to where I live off Piedmont Ave. I've been driving my neighbors part-time to airports, hospitals, etc., for the last 18 years and am dependent on my car for some income, now supplementing my social security. Unexpectedly, I had a major transmission issue and needed to get the problem diagnosed and fixed as soon as possible. Paul handled all of the communication with me and was positive, professional, clear and helpful. In addition, he was never dismissive, as some mechanics can be with women. So happy after all these years to find a great car doctor close to my home, and if needed, rental car places. Very grateful for taking such good care of my appendage and independence.

I had a problem with my Subaru Wrx shifting oddly and catching weird from 1st to 2nd gear. After I couldn't diagnoise the problem myself, I was recommened by a friend to go to Paul and Reece. Man am I glad I did! They found and fixed every single thing that was wrong with the valve body and identified minor issues that could have caused more issues. All that with great customer service and fair pricing. Can't beat family own places like this.Will definitely be back if I run into another issue.Thanks to Paul and Reece for doing such an awesome job and taking good care of my car.
