Paul and his team are honest and friendly people who are experts at their craft and provide service and repair at the highest level. I dropped my car off the previous day as I could not make it in the morning. I was told I would get a call back probably in the late afternoon the next day. I was surprised when around 11am on the following day I had several missed calls as by that time my car had already been thoroughly. diagnosed. When I made it in to pick up my car I was given a breakdown of the transmission diagnoses as well as provided other info pertaining to my check engine light and max airflow sensor as well as a cost estimate to fix these things. This allowed me to confidently and quickly move forward knowing what each specific issue was and how much it would cost to fix them all. Paul seems like genuinely nice guy and is easy to talk to. He gladly answered all of my questions and told me to feel free to contact him if I have any more questions or concerns. Although I received bad news on my transmission and the other issues, I left the situation feeling confident and relieved knowing that I had received a thorough and fair analysis and was not ripped off, dismissed, lied to or disrespected in any way. This type of positive experience, especially when it comes to automotive repair, is so rare now days and so I really appreciated it. This is true value IMHO. That' said, I would HIGHLY recommend Broadway Transmission. I now know for certain that if I ever have any transmission problems in the future I wouldn't have to think twice as I know that Broadway Transmission is the place to go.
