Paul and his team at Broadway are amazing. I had a problem with my car on the way to work and he was kind enough to see me even though his garage was totally full when I limped on in. He diagnosed the issue that same day and walked me through the things he could try to get me back on the road. My car had a cylinder misfiring and it wasn't holding compression, something a less honest or experienced mechanic might write off as a lost cause. Thankfully this isn't Paul and the team. After a relatively cheap and quick fix, my car was back on the road. This place is a gem!

The service is probably better than the dealer, and definitely cheaper. I used to take my passenger van to the dealer for service. As my van approached 100k miles I kept on getting bills for $1500-2500. I’d bought the van new and had maintained it well. I got an estimate from them for $2200 for some work. On the estimate the dealer wrote it up for some other vehicle’s engine. It was time for a second opinion. Broadway Automotive charged a fraction of the dealer. They only replaced the parts that needed replacing. They did a great job. I don’t go to the dealer any more.

Great, honest service, for a transmission diagnostic. Paul explained the issue very clearly and several possible outcomes. And they fit me into the schedule last minute. Will definitely come back for service in the future.

I took my Honda Fit in for an intermittent transmission issue. Although they were not able to replicate the failure, they were able to find a service bulletin about the issue. They got the part and swap it out all in the same day. They were very easy to work with and transparent about their operation. I wouldn't hesitate to go back.
