Paul was awesome. I took my 1997 Honda CRV because it was having up shift issues from first to second gear and felt like there was lack of power. Paul got back to me that same day and told me that he disconnected the oxygen sensor and drove the car and the engine performance was better and the up shifting issues didn't occur. He said that a new oxygen sensor should fix the problem. He also told me that he wanted to keep my car over night so he can diagnose it on a cold start, I gave him the ok. The next morning Paul calls me and says that there is a problem with some internal transmission components. The up shifting does not occur when the vehicle is warmed up and has been driving around for a while that's why he didn't experience the up shift issues the day before but was able to experience them the following day while the car was cold. I know I got some bad news from Broadway Automotive but hey, what can you expect? It is what it is. I really like how Paul was honest with me and how great costumer service he gave me. They are very organized and their shop is very clean. I will fgor sure take any future business to Broadway Automotive.

I found these guys to be highly knowledgeable, honest and transparent. I brought my vehicle down and was expecting an estimate for major engine repairs but it was a simple computer malfunction, problem solved (I was only charged for the diagnostic work $105). I recommend them highly

Paul was great! Very polite and knowledgeable. My car had a surprise issue and I was made aware of it immediately. The work was completed and my car was ready when promised. I have had no issues with it and I will be picking up my other car from them tomorrow!

As it turned out, our car had some dirt that affected one of the sensors and didn't need any repairs, only had to pay for the diagnostic. Paul was super friendly and nice. Thanks!

Most importantly, exceptional communication regarding work done and breakdown of costs associated. This gives us confidence in working with your shop. One recommendation - suggest you let people know what and when next service ought to be scheduled. I am assuming every 5,000 miles, but not sure. Thank you.
