Paul and crew did a great job in fixing my transmission , Paul explained that there still is an issue with the 2nd gear band and eventually it will have to be rebuilt, he took the time to explain what was done and for now it works properly , so am very pleased with the shop.

This was by far one of the best experiences I have had when dealing with any car repair. I found them to be honest, fair and reasonably priced. I had recently taken my 2005 Yukon to the dealership in Concord(which I never do) to repair a broken window motor. I needed it done quickly and they had the time and the parts and I was desperate. I was then talked into the 100,000 mile inspection for a small fortune. They played on my safety fears and I fell hook, line and sinker. I accept all responsibility for that choice. It didn't stop there, however. They then told me I needed an additional $4K in differential work. They implied it was critical. I said no, but was worried enough to rent a car for a trip that weekend. My regular repair guy suggested Broadway Automotive for a second opinion. In the end....No, I did not need an overhaul, yes my car was safe and in good condition and for a tiny fee Broadway Automotive actually fixed a few things the dealership should have during my pricey inspection. I drive kids around regularly and safety is my primary concern. I left Broadway Automotive feeling confident my car was safe/in good condition. I highly recommend them.

Honest experience with Paul. Truck was stuck in 4x4 low, and he cleared it with his machine. He didn't try to over charge for unnecessary work, and told me to come back for free! If the computer didn't fix the problem. Awesome place. Thanks Paul.

Able to take my car in before family holiday, although they were fully booked when I called. Hugely helpful right off the bat. Based on my report, Paul was able to offer preliminary analysis and set my expectations properly. After having the car for a day or two came back to me with fuller report based on analysis and test drives. He covered all but one of the concerns I had mentioned (I suspect this was not an issue after all), told me what needed to be done and what it would cost, and then had car repaired and ready per the schedule. In time for the holiday trip! Car now running perfectly, all issues resolved. I have already recommended your shop to a couple friends. Greatly appreciated the service.
